INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation is my chance to get to know you. I will gather information included on your initial assessment form sent to me prior to your appointment. Learning about your current intake and eating habits, personal and family medical history, current lab results, exercise routines, sleep patterns and stress we can begin to formulate a plan specific for you.
Action steps will be created to provide the environment needed to help you achieve your goals. Further in-depth laboratory testing may be recommended to further assess how your body is working under the hood.

NUTRITION FOLLOW-UPS
Follow-ups are designed to discuss progress made on goals set in the previous sessions. We will discuss all aspects of your health and wellness and prioritize goals to set you up for success. Logging your daily intake and habits allows real-time feedback and suggestions from me weekly (in between scheduled sessions).
Hurdles often arise and we also will address these and how best to overcome them to enable you to create new healthy habits. You also have access to unlimited messaging within this platform for questions and issues that might arise in between sessions.
